Ebay wars (or woes)

I started having a problem with ebay yesterday. The problem is that items for sale started showing up on my account that I did not place there. If you read the ebay item, it gives another email address and name to contact, it is listed on my account. I have tried contacting ebay (operative word... "tried") 4 times now. There is no direct way to contact them. You have to go through tons of help screens, and finally get to an email option. Meanwhile, more items are showing up. I had to go in and stop the sale of these, as I would be responsible for shipping these items since I am the seller. This morning I notice on my account that they are going to bill me a $18.75 fine for stopping the sale of these items! They are not real happy with me right now because since they obviously were not noticing my emails, or at least not responding to them, I decided to do something to get there attention by sening my email message 100 times.
I just received a reply that asked me to stop sending them, and said... and I quote: "Please be advised that sending multiple email messages will not cause Ebay to reply to your message any sooner."
I sent 25 back that said, "Oh yeah, I got you to respond to me didn't I? I will continue to send 25 email messages every hour until I receive a phone call from someone telling me that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction."
Let the war begin!

Make sure you change your ebay password!

Did that... and it happened again. I have changed it a second time, and changed all my other information as well and deleted my paypal info.

Good to see you Sean!
I have been wondering where you've been!

Make sure that you have removed your bank information too, including credit cards on file. Be advise that Ebay has been known to take sellers to court for amounts of less than $10.00. Once they get on a warpath, they continue until you pay or they see you in court. Good luck man!

scan your puter for spy ware with key loggers... if you have a key logger on your puter no matter how many times you change you password they will always get it.

I know of another's pastor's wife who is currently fighting over 24,000 in fasleified sales.
