Week 1: HUGE SUCCESS!!!
Last week I wrote about getting serious about my weight and needing to get not only my weight, but my eating habits and exercise under control. I set a goal to lose 16 pounds by the time we go to Cancun in June. This first week has been unbelievable as I've dropped 12 pounds in the first 7 days! I realize that this kind of pace is obviously not going to continue, but I'm amazed as I look in the mirror and see the difference in my face and neck in one week. Really gives me hope and encouragement that I can do this! I'm extremely happy that looking at this picture... stunned that in one week I've dropped more than TWO of those yellow blogs from my frame!
