It's A Wonderful Life

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary on Sunday. We spent the day together at the pool here in Orlando and then went out to dinner and a movie tonight, and just got home a little while ago.
In some ways it is hard to believe it has been 23 years; yet then again, it almost seems like we've always been together. I sometimes forget what it was like before she was a part of my life, and truthfully, don't really care to remember. She is such a part of me, I cannot imagine life without her. The Lord blessed me when he brought Libby into my life. She brings balance and completeness to me. It may sound rather corny or cliche' but the Lord knew it was going to take someone special to deal with me and my quirkiness, and I'm really thankful for my wife. I think many others might have given up and thrown in the towel on me years ago, but this lady seems to handle being with me rather well.

We are not kids any more, but over the years our love has grown deeper and more full than I could ever imagine. I thought I knew about love when I made those vows on December 28, 1985, but today love has gone so much further than I could have ever dreamed of back then. Thanks for loving me and giving me 23 wonderful years babe. I look forward to the rest of our lives together!

Thank YOU, Babe! Thanks for a fairytale love! (And for putting up with my airheadedness)
