When you hear those on the news and talk shows state that Fast and Furious started with the Bush administration, here are the facts:
The Lame Stream media and AG Holder are trying to confuse "Fast and Furious" with an eariler operation under the Bush Administration known "Wide Receiver"
Here's a comparison of the two separate and distinct operations.
Operation Wide Receiver:
- Timing - shut down in October 2007, (Before Bush left office) once the bad guys discovered the GPS tracking devices
- Number guns allowed to walk across the border = None
- All firearms were tracked with hidden GPS units
- Done with knowledge of the Mexican Government.
- Number of dead as result of the operation = None
- Number of arrests as result of the operation = 1,400
Operation Fast and Furious:
- Timing - started in October 2009, after Bush left office
- Number guns allowed to walk across the border = 2,000+
- No firearms were tracked with hidden GPS units, with no effort to track them, or find out where they went.
- Done without knowledge of the Mexican Government.
- Number of dead as result of the operation = 300+, including two federal agents (Brian Terry and Jamie Zapata)
- Number of arrests as result of the operation = None.
Operation Fast and Furious was purely to build a case against the Second Amendment
These are the facts that you are not being told.
This is a scandal of highest proportions and the Lame Stream Media won't tell you the truth.
Please pass this on, every American voter should have the facts.
